A single platform for the SME economy

Maghanim is not a payment service provider with additional products attached. It is an integrated commerce platform on which an SME can accept payment, issue cards, manage travel and expense, run its business software and access Shariah-compliant finance — without stitching together four vendors.

  • Payments and acquiring

Merchant acquiring, gateway and APIs, POS and contactless, mobile wallet, cross-border remittance.

  • Cards and expense

Islamic debit, credit and prepaid cards, Card-as-a-Service, corporate expense and supplier payments.

  • Business management

Odoo ERP, accounting and payroll, CRM and inventory, HR and business automation.

  • Embedded finance

Working capital, Murabaha-based SME finance and blended finance structures.

One platform, four capability groups

Turn the dial. Maghanim carries the SME relationship and the Shariah governance; each regulated capability is supplied by the licensed institution named beneath it.

Accept payment wherever the business happens

One merchant relationship covering the shop floor, the phone, the checkout page and the invoice.

  • Merchant acquiring
  • Payment gateway and APIs
  • Mobile wallet and P2P transfer
  • POS and contactless
  • Cross-border remittance
  • Multi-currency and FX

How B2B travel settlement works

A five-step flow that replaces cash, deposits and guarantees with a controlled, single-use card payment.

  1. 01

    Onboard

The travel business is registered and its corporate account is opened.

  2. 02

    Fund

The wallet is loaded using local payment methods or a linked bank account.

  3. 03

    Issue

A single-use virtual card is issued against the funded balance.

  4. 04

    Book

The booking is completed with the virtual card through existing channels.

  5. 05

    Settle

The supplier is paid immediately and settled by its existing acquirer.

Outcome

The supplier receives cleared funds immediately and carries no counterparty credit risk. The travel business releases the capital previously tied up in deposits and guarantees, and gains transaction-level expense control it did not have under cash settlement.

Built on regulated infrastructure

Maghanim does not seek to replicate licensed banking or processing infrastructure. It integrates it. Each partner supplies a regulated capability; Maghanim supplies the SME relationship, the product design and the Shariah governance layer.
